Rules and warnings

In this topic I'll translate rules of our forum and tell you about our system of warnings. I hope it will help you to become a part of our friendly society!

1. Behavior on the forum
1.1. For comfort being on the forum "Equestrian in Sims" you must follow the rules of the forum and its parts like "Critics".
1.2. Obscene language is strictly prohibited.
1.3. Any scandals are not allowed anywhere on the forum. Otherwise the topics or posts will be deleted and you will get a warning.
1.4. Some topics must never be discussed on the forum. These are discussions of religion, sexual orientation, politics, race discrimination and social status.
1.5. Any forms of threats or spam in private messages are prohibited. If you get them, tell Administration.
1.6. It is prohibited to post images containing sexual content or discrimination of someone`s views, and posting photos of real horses in topics devoted only to sims, for example using a photo except a screenshot on the competitions of sims-horses.
1.7. Minimal age of users is 12 years, but if you are younger and put a fake age behave correctly.
1.8. Adverting any websites is strictly prohibited. The only exception is Equus-Sims which is our partner and sites of your stables.
1.9. Your signature must be smaller than 500x370 pixels, otherwise it`ll be deleted and you`ll get a warning.
1.10. Users must provide their real profiles on Equus-Sims, otherwise they won`t be allowed to use the forum.
1.11. Offtop is not allowed anywhere except special subforum "Offtop". Offtop is strictly prohibited in questionnaires, quest lists and tech support.

2. Plagiarism.
2.1. Is strictly prohibited in any case.
2.2. Anyone caught on plagiarism will be banned for 4 months, if plagiarism is repeated, the user will be banned forever.
2.3. If our user sees his work on any other site he should immediately tell Administration.
2.4. If plagiarism was unmediated, the user would get only one week of ban. If repeated, the user will be banned forever.

3. Extra materials.
3.1. All extra files in any topics do not belong to the RES if the reverse is not written. Administration of the forum is not responsible for these files.
3.2. On the other hand, all extra files and downloads posted in the workshops do belong to RES and the creators accept it when posting their downloads.
3.3. Any commercion like sales for real money are strictly prohibited on the forum.

4. Creation.
4.1. You are free to create photoalbums, workshops and stories (written here on the forum) but one per user. It means you can have only one photoalbum, one workshop and one story.
4.2. But you can divide your stories or comics in any parts or even books.
4.3. We comment the stories politely. Comments like "Nice", "Go on" are not welcome.
4.4. Arts and stories containing sexual content are prohibited. However, erotic content is allowed.

Warnings
There is a system of warnings on our forum which consists of 4 levels:

You get a level per a violation. If your scale of warnings is red it means you have violated 4 times for a short period of time and will soon be banned for a month or even more.
You can have a warning for igniting conflicts on the forum, ignoring rules of subforums. These warnings last in average 2 weeks and then disappear.
But you'll get a warning for a month for igniting main rules of the forum.

Lasting of the warnings:

• Provocation, trolling, boorishness - 1 week
  

• Obscene language - 3 days
  

• Ignoring local rules of subforums - 2 weeks
  

• Adverts of websites except your stables and Equus-Sims - 1 week
  

• Using the same screenshots for different competitions - 12 days
  

In other cases an Administrator decides how long the warning will last.
