How did you find our community?: I found if browsing through Equus sims.
Why do you want to be an approved member?: I love all Sims horse communities and want to be able to show and compete my horses (when created) in multiple sites. Moreover, I think this site is full of helpful people who are prepared to offer tips and suggestions to improve my skills (horse creation and editing). I would like to create custom content as well, and share it with everyone (although this is proving to be more difficult than I thought), and am trying to figure out how to do this. In general, I want to be able to talk to people who are as horse-crazy as I am.
Tell us about your stables: My stables are still under construction. I am very undecisive, so I have rebuilt stables numerous times because I wasn't happy with how they turned out. I have, however, almost completed a stable which I plan to name North Reham Equestrian Center. I would like to concentrate on breeding and showing a specific breed, and am creating templates for various breeds to decide which one I am sticking to (I love the idea of a breeding program, but there are so many breeds to choose from). The stables are run by Imogen Reham and specialise on eventing, although Imogen has a soft spot for classical dressage. The stables are located in Norway, because Imogen wanted a change in scenery and moved from the sunny South to the chilly North.
Your horses' breeds?: I am still figuring out which breed to focus on. I have created templates for spanish arabians, iberian warmbloods and irish sport horses, but still haven't decided which one I like best. But even when I decide, I will still have a few of different breeds.
Do you have your character in The Sims?:My character is Ivy Reham, Imogen's niece. She is in love with horses and wants to become a professional rider, but her father, David, would rather she follow his footsteps and become a doctor. When Ivy learns that her aunt Imogen has an equestrian centre, she insists on going there for the summer, intent on proving to her father that she belongs in the equestrian world (Yes, I plan to do a story on Ivy's background).
Screenshot: As my stables are under construction, I haven't started playing yet. Futhermore, I don't have much talent with editing, but I am working on it, so hopefully I'll be able to post screenshots soon.
